ZS Construction - Roselands

This project consisted of 3 brand new block of units each comprising of 12 x four bedroom town houses.

Lidoran Architectural Roofing was contacted by ZS Constructions to undertake this project; Fielders corrugated Custom Orb roof sheeting was the preferred material.

Each block was sheeted and flashed within a two week time frame. Over 1,000 lineal meters of flashing was used for each block due to the complex and abundant flashing design and specs, along with 1300m2 of Custom Orb sheeting.

Total amount of flashing used for all 3 blocks was approximately 1 km

Lidoran Architectural used their “gun crew” to complete the first block of townhouses and the larger remaining two were completed simultaneously by two crews of roofers.
